One to One Sessions

For many, one to one sessions may be a good choice, either for an initial consultation, to help you decide if nature connection for well-being can help you or as a gentle introduction before joining one of our group sessions.

Meet Sarah for a one to one session to explore how nature connection can support your health and well-being based on your individual needs. You will then have the opportunity to continue on a one to one programme to introduce you to routines designed to support long term lifestyle change and increased well-being.
